The Castello degli Angeli winemaking project was founded in 1996 with the aim of producing long-lasting wines of excellence. Passionate and far-sighted the patron Dott. Mauro Taiariol found in Rainer Zierock the perfect ally to realize the Dream. Along the slopes of the Colle degli Angeli it was thus created one of the most extreme vineyards in Lombardy characterized by terracing and dry stone walls: agrarian arrangement in line with steep slopes (45%) and density up to 11,000 plants per hectare.

Traditional methods of cultivation, exclusively manual processing and handicraft production enhance what can never be replaced by automations. In fact, Castello degli Angeli wines express a holistic vision through Man and Terroir: culture, tradition and ethics blend with the elements of the earth, climate, soil and vine.

Today Fabio Bigolin and Vanessa Verdoni, custodians of the origins and protagonists of evolution, transform the wine into an aristocratic expression of enoic art.
